Hello Everyone and welcome back to The Diary of She. Today I’ll be letting you know how my 24-hour juice cleanse went. I’ve been wanting to do one forever and now, the day has come. I signed up for the Pressed Juicery membership, which is $10 a month. You don’t have to order all the time but the money will remain in your wallet for future purchases. I didn’t pick the beginners cleanse because I have faith in myself to make it through the day. Instead a decided to do Cleanse 2, which is the most popular cleanse, but I am said to say that instead of receiving the two citrus juices I ended up with one citrus and two root juices.

I want to look like those girls on the cover of magazines. The ones all the boys claim to not stand but drool over ever chance they get. I want to be able to post a picture up on IG and get 1000 likes in one second. Sometimes I wish someone would look at me and say, “I’m going to make that girl over,” like Cher and Dionne did Tai in clueless. For one day I would love to be the “it” girl, but I know myself and I know that until I get my weight under control, no makeover will make me 100% happy with the way I look. At times I wish I had the money along with the courage to just go under and suck the fat right on out of me and fill in those hip dips I have. BUT I don’t and I really don’t want to go that route.

Stress, oh how I’m always stressed and over the smallest things. It most likely started in college, since that’s when I was hit with a taste of adulting. There was no more turning to mommy and daddy, except for the small things and even that was a stretch. Stress really didn’t start to effect me until I got pregnant and started to wonder how I was going to pay for everything. Money has probably always been my biggest trigger. I’m great with budgeting but it’s the one thing I’ve always worried about no matter how much or how little I have. Still some how I manage to get by.

Some may wonder, how do you know if you are going through stress? Well, below I’ll give you a few signs of stress then I’ll give you some tips to relieve it. But first, you should know stress can come in four forms; cognitive, physical, emotional and behavioral. I will list a few from each category.
